"Aranmore" is a five bedroom, four and a half bath, executive villa with a gorgeous conservation view and is located in the new community of The Retreat at Legacy Park, which is a high quality community only ten minutes from WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort.
The Retreat at Legacy Park is located on US27 just of the end of US192 and is perfectly situated for visiting all the major attractions. Shops and restaurants are only a few minutes away. The Retreat section offers larger homes built by the same high quality builder who developed our other homes in Formosa Garden Estates.

Our villa, "Aranmore," with its beautiful views over the conservation, is the perfect place to recover in privacy after a hard day at the parks or golf course. The extended pool area has a 28ft by 14ft pool and adjoining spa and is in the sunshine until sunset and there are plenty of reclining sun chairs as well as a table and chairs for dining outside while enjoying the view. There is a child safety fence for use around the pool.

Inside, our 3400sq ft, fully air-conditioned villa easily sleeps 12 guests. There are three Master bedroom suites, one with a King bed and two with Queen beds. One of the other rooms has twin beds and the fifth bedroom is finished in a Disney theme and has two full bunkbeds. Each bedroom has a TV and the family room also has a DVD player with movies and a PlayStation 2 with games. In the rest of the house you will find family and lounge areas as well as a breakfast nook and separate dining room.

The fully-equipped kitchen with dishwasher and microwave as well as a separate laundry area should help you feel perfectly comfortable during your stay. There is also a spacious air-conditioned games room with a pool table and foosball (table football).

Our fully licensed home is managed locally so you always have someone to call on in case of a problem. In order to maintain a high quality of service for all our guests we do not allow pets or smoking in the villa although we do provide ashtrays for use on the pool deck.
