| Thanks for everything, The villa was the best house our family had been to in 25 years of Florida holidays. The house worked so well for a big group of adults and the pool was like getting in a bath. Everybody was impressed with estate and the quiet location, it was fantastic. |

Just to also say the Siesta Key villa was everything we imagined, it was beautiful and catered for all of our needs. I would not hesitate to use again or recommend to anybody else.

It was truly amazing, everthing was perfect the villa, the pool, the holiday, the location was so near to all the parks and other attractions we did not have much travelling to do. | Villa was lovely and we had a fabulous time. An alligator even put in an appearance on the river bank outside our villa, fantastic. We will recommend yourselves to any of our friends or family thinking of going to Orlando, and we certainly hope to be going again sometime in the future, thankyou so much for everything. |

We had a brilliant time in Orlando and the villa was perfect.
The best one we have stayed in, it was perfectly situated for everything.
I have recommended the Formosa villa and Garden Estates to others. It was in the best position for most theme parks.

| Our family has stayed in 2 of the lovely villas listed. After being in these homes, we can't imagine staying anywhere else. They have everything you could possibly need. The decor is like no other place you see online, and so convenient to the parks. The owner is amazing to work with. We are looking forward to our next visit in June 2013. |
